Information shows Iran Accelerating Nuclear Bomb Development

Iranian dissidents revealed today that Iran’ theocratic government is mounting efforts to acquire nuclear bomb while talks on this issue between the country and western powers continue, reports German De Welt.

According to this report, Iran is accelerating and expanding activities in Parching, which is a military site, pushing ahead to build a nuclear warhead.   The Iranian regime has setup a comprehensive and sophisticated research structure, under utmost secrecy, in conjunction with a logistics network obtaining the necessary parts and equipment, in order to reach this objective.

Court is Skeptical of State Department Position: False Statement of Fact Mars Government Submission

At oral argument yesterday, before a courtroom packed with Iranian-American supporters of the Iranian resistance, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit expressed skepticism about the position of the Department of State. The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) petitioned in 2008 to be removed from the list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations. The Department denied the petition in the waning days of the Bush Administration, but the Court of Appeals remanded the matter to the Department two years ago based on systematic denial of the constitutional rights of the PMOI and its supporters.

Liberty Resident bit by Scorpion

Despite growing presence of  snakes, scorpions, and insects, Ashraf residents are denied access to pesticides in Camp Liberty.

While it is almost three months since the first convoy of Ashraf residents arrived in Camp Liberty, the Iraqi government, in order to put the residents under pressure and for repressing them, still prevents the use of pesticides in the camp and the residents have to deal with the problem of snakes, scorpions, and vermin constantly.

 Iraqi government is preventing the injured and disabled in Camp Ashraf from taking their daily necessities to Camp Liberty

Alzaman Independent Newspaper: April 30, 2012 - According to published news in media, the Iraqi authorities prevented the fourth group of Ashraf residents from taking the basic necessities for the injured and disabled in this group while moving to Liberty despite the fact that most individuals are fully or partially paralyzed and were by no means able to move unless on wheelchairs.  Below are some of their statements:

Human Rights and Democracy: UK Report – Camp Ashraf
