The web site of human rights activists reported that Saturday April 30th, families of prisoners went for visiting their loved ones at section 1 of the Karaj city’s Gowhar-dasht prison. When they arrived at the visiting area, they noticed a wall of about 80 centimeters high, with the families positions 2 meters away from it on one side, and the prisoners, 2 meters away from it on the other side. In other words, the distance between the families and the prisoners was about 4 meters. Additionally, between each family and their loved one there stood a prison guard. Ali Mardani, the head of Karaj’s Gowhar-dasht prison has established these new barriers and yet calls these visits “personal.”

According to a report received from reliable sources inside the Iranian regime, Mahmud Ahmadinejad removed Mullah Moslehi, the Intelligence Minister, from his post because Ahmadinejad is getting ready to gain full control of the Ministry of Intelligence (MOI) in order to access necessary information about the competing faction; this is necessary to force the competition out, in both the Parliamentary sham elections and the Presidential election show.

NCRI - According to Christian Science Monitor, Saad al-Muttalabi, Nouri al-Maliki’s advisor, in a series of loathsome lies regarding those who were killed during the brutal attack on Ashraf on April 8, said: “They were shot execution-style…The first medical reports indicated they were shot at very close range _ gunpowder was found on the wounds…. they appear to be have been shot with handguns rather than the rifles used by the Iraqi military.”
Through repeating such absurd lies that were also raised previously by Muhammad Askari and Ali Dabbagh, Maliki pursues two specific goals:

Petrochemical workers continue strike for the third week, more join the strike . |

Iran Khabar reported on April 17 that thousands of contract workers at Mahshahr Petrochemical Complex continue their strikes for the third week.A number of regime’s operatives, including the complex’s director have tried in the past few days to prevent the spread of the strike by giving more pledges and promises, but the contract workers ignored the empty promises and joined the strike lines and chanted slogans against the regime’s operatives.

Strong condemnation of the Iraqi military occupation of Camp Ashraf and call to the Iraqi Government to immediately withdraw its forces.
We have received with great concern news about Iraqi forces under the command of the Iraqi Prime Ministry having occupied the northern part of Camp Ashraf, home to members of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran, with tens of armoured vehicles.
Camp Ashraf is a completely civilian and disarmed area and the entry of such an offensive military force is in violation of International Law namely the Fourth Geneva Convention.
